I acknowledge that I am attending at my own risk, am aware of potential hazards on the property, and agree to use reasonable care while fully releasing, indemnifying, and holding harmless The 44 Ltd, Old Hat Arts Society and their personnel from any and all liability, injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from my visit or participation in any activities.

This event will be photographed. Images may be used in promotional material and online.

Tickets purchased are final sale.

Your tickets are being purchased from Old Hat Arts Society (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
